**Open Collective has 3 pay tiers:**

* USD $120,000 (François)
* USD $100,000 (Pia and Xavier bumped up here in February 2019)
* USD $80,000 (Ben, Alanna (prorated))

Entry expectation:We have a mandatory 3 month trial period at the $80,000 / year (or it’s updated equivalent in following years).
