You can add or change the members of your Collective and their roles.
Go to your collective profile
Click on the Edit icon next to your collective's avatar
Head to the Core contributors tab. Here you can add a new member, remove a member, or change details and roles.
Only Core Contributors can edit the Collective and approve expenses.
Once you are done click on Save at the bottom of the page
